Returns on blades are only accepted in cases of damage or if the product is found to be defective. We regretfully cannot accommodate returns on steel for any other reasons.

  1. Defective Items: Should you receive a defective item, you have a window of 7 days from the date of receipt to request either a refund or an exchange for a new, fault-free item
  2. Incorrect Items Received: If you happen to receive an item different from what you ordered, we require that the item be returned in its original, unused condition, complete with its original packaging.

Items intended for return must maintain their original condition to be considered for a refund. We are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened and used.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Return shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping expenses will be deducted from the refund amount.

Custom and personalized orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Full payment is required for custom orders.
Items marked as discounted or on sale are non-refundable.
