At Georgian Blades, we stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and presentation of every knife we ship.
Each order is carefully prepared, packed, and shipped from Illinois, USA. Georgian Blades is operated by Crafter Haven LLC, a U.S.-registered business. If something is not right with
your order, our support team is here to help.
60-Day Returns:
We offer a 60-day return window on eligible unused items.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Complete with any included sheath, accessories, and documentation
- Returned with proof of purchase or order number
A knife is considered used if it has been used for cutting, carried outdoors, sharpened, modified, damaged, exposed to water, washed in a dishwasher, or used in a way that changes its original condition.
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video of the issue
- Photos of the packaging, if the package arrived damaged
Our team will review the issue and help with the next step. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, repair guidance, or refund.
If the issue was caused by our error, Georgian Blades will help cover the return or replacement shipping
Handmade Product Variations:
Many Georgian Blades knives are handmade. Because of this, slight natural variations may occur in:
- Damascus pattern
- Handle color
- Wood grain
- Finish
- Blade pattern
These small differences are part of the handmade character of each knife and are not considered defects as long as the overall design and quality remain consistent.
What Is Not Covered:
Our return and refund policy does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Rust caused by lack of maintenance, moisture, or improper storage
- Damage from dishwashers
- Damage from throwing, prying, hammering, batoning, or misuse
- Broken tips caused by force, dropping, or improper use
- Improper sharpening
- Accidental damage
- Third-party modifications
- Natural handmade variations
- ltems returned used, damaged, incomplete, or without approval
Damascus steel requires proper care. Knives should be kept clean, dry, and lightly oiled when needed to help prevent rust or corrosion.
Custom, Engraved, and Personalized Orders:
Custom, engraved, and personalized items are made or modified specifically for the customer and are considered final sale.
These items cannot be returned or refunded unless:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item has a confirmed defect
- We made an error with the engraving or customization
Please review all spelling, initials, dates, names, and customization details carefully before placing your order.
Return Shipping:
For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item caused by Georgian Blades, we will help cover the return or replacement shipping.
Original paid shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Georgian Blades.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Items that are used, damaged, incomplete, altered, or returned without approval may be refused or only partially refunded.
Exchanges:
If you would like a different knife, the fastest option is to return the eligible unused item and place a new order.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, our support team will help with the best replacement or exchange option.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to help before the order is processed or shipped.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Custom, engraved, or personalized orders cannot be canceled once work has started.
