Shipping policy

At Georgian Blades, we want every order to arrive safely, clearly, and with dependable tracking. Georgian Blades is operated by Crafter Haven LLC, a U.S.-registered business, with orders fulfilled and shipped from Illinois, USA.

We offer simple shipping options so customers know what to expect before placing an order.

U.S. Shipping Options:

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders.
Estimated delivery: 5-8 business days after processing.

Free Priority Shipping on Orders $100+

Orders of $100 or more qualify for free priority shipping.
Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for customers who need faster delivery.
Estimated delivery: 2-4 business days after processing.
Expedited shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, order volume, address issues, or other delays outside our control.

Order Processing Time:

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During busy periods, high order volume, address verification, engraving, customization, or special handling, processing may take up to 4 business days.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with your shipping details.

Tracking Information:

Tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout once your order has shipped.

Please allow some time for the carrier to update tracking after the shipping label is created. In some cases, USPS or UPS tracking may show limited movement until the package receives its first scan.

Shipping Carriers:

We primarily ship through USPS and UPS. Georgian Blades may choose the best available carrier based on the shipping address, package size, delivery speed, and service availability.

PO Boxes:

We can ship to PO Boxes through USPS. Expedited shipping may not be available for PO Box addresses.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses:

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Customers are responsible for entering the correct name, street address, apartment or suite number, city, state, and ZIP code.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can help reship the order to the correct address. A reshipment fee may apply.

To request an address correction, contact us as soon as possible at sales@georgianblades.com. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.

Lost, Missing, or Delivered Packages:

If your package appears lost or delayed, contact us at sales@georgianblades.com and our team will help review the tracking information.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building/mailroom, and your local carrier. Delivered-package cases are reviewed individually.

Damaged Packages:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and issue. Send details to sales@georgianblades.com. Our team will review the case and help with the next steps.

Custom, Engraved, and Pre-Order Items:

Custom, engraved, and pre-order items may require additional processing time.

Pre-order or made-to-order items may take up to 4-6 weeks, depending on crafting time, availability, and shipping. If a product has a special delivery timeline, it will be noted on the product page or shared by our support team.

International Shipping:

International delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local carrier delays.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges required by their country. These charges are not controlled by Georgian Blades and are not included unless clearly stated at checkout.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees, when paid, are non-refundable.

If a shipment is refused, returned due to an incorrect address, or returned because the customer failed to receive the package, original shipping costs and return shipping costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
