I absolutely love the looks of this knife. The Damascus steel blade and bolster are gorgeous! And I love the camel bone handle. Looks so nice. And the heft of the knife was something I wasn't expecting. I really wanted this to be my edc knife. But, alas, even with frequent oiling the steel rusts way to much. I just wrapped it in an oiled cloth and locked it in my gun safe. I'll take it out for special occasions.
The cartilage cutter I received is a very nice knife crafted with top quality materials. It's heavy, looks great and I feel confident it will last for years and years. I plan to use it as an everyday carry knife. This is my first Georgian Blades purchase but I will be buying more because of the quality and they are more affordable than comparable Damascus steel knives.
