Where to start…
I honestly didn’t know what to expect when I placed my first order with Georgian Blades. I liked what I saw-n-read, but would that be true with the product itself?
They amazed me from start to finish. I got notifications galore throughout the whole process and it was shipped & received quickly.
When I opened the box for the first time, I could not have been more pleasantly surprised as I glanced down at my Paul Revere folder.
The knife:
It’s a beautiful Damascus blade. Edge is sharp & true.
I then looked at it from every angle to measure its fit to finish. Wonderfully executed. The materials aligned perfectly. The scroll work was nicely done too. Where it could be done, it was done with character. Then I closed the knife and gave it a few tosses to gauge its heft. It’s substantial, no doubt. Solid.
The leather case:
I almost feel bad I won’t be using it as I planned on just throwing it into my pocket (was never a case guy to begin with). It’s made from a quality leather and is nicely stitched together. I could see it lasting for years to come as well as the snap enclosure.
As you can read above, I’m very pleased with my purchase. I’ll be back for another!
