I recently wrote a review in which I stated the product was of excellent quality but, in my opinion, it was ruined by a poor engraving job. I must say that customer service jumped right on this immediately in order to make it right. They were and are phenomenal. I had basically written this off to a $130 dollar disappointment. Customer service has made my day. I will go away talking very positively about the great products and service this company has. I am retired from the sporting goods industry and Iād gladly come back to work for this organization! These people are doing it right!

The knife itself is absolutely worth the money. Great grinding, very symmetrical. The Damascus is beautiful and the steel seems solid. The handle scales could have been a little better matched but thatās a minor complaint. My only hesitancy is the sheath. The leather is paper thin and the design is not well thought out. Nonetheless, absolutely worth the money.
